Packaging
Our wine packaging is made in the UK and is recyclable, compostable and biodegradeable. Our eco-friendly recyclable Kraft paper tape is sustainable too.
The ‘sand castle’ style structure of our boxes is made by combining water and recycled paper then moulded using wet pressing technology. The moulded pulp is then heated to give it strength and rigidity.
Place it in any household compost and the components will naturally break down in less than 6 months.
Delivery
Collect from shop
If you’re local and would like to collect your wine, simply select this option at check-out and we will send you a text message when your box is ready. If you would like to collect from Sandys in Twickenham, you can select that option when you check out too.
UK Mainland Delivery
National deliveries via our courier partner are next day between 0900 and 1730 for orders placed with us by 2pm. You will be provided with a tracking number from the folk at APC Overnight.
Orders over £95 enjoy free delivery. For nationwide orders under £95 there is a delivery fee of £12 inc VAT.

We can deliver to Scotland, the Highlands and the Islands, the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles.
Deliveries to these areas can take up to 2-3 days.

Returns
All of our excellent wines should arrive at your chosen destination in an equally excellent condition. However, in the tragic event that some or all of your wine arrives faulty, damaged or broken please contact us immediately on 02088925788 or via email at concierge@quaffology.co.uk We will provide a refund or a replacement.
We may in some instances require the damaged wines to be returned to us for a full evaluation of faults.
We will arrange collection of the damaged items and to your preference either send you a replacement or provide a refund to the value of the damaged items. Please retain our packaging and reseal the damaged items inside so our courier can return them to us.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time until fourteen working days after delivery. Simply contact us at concierge@quaffology.co.uk.
If you do decide to cancel your order after receipt of the goods, these items will be refunded to your card as soon as we receive them in saleable condition and our original packaging. We will arrange for collection via our specialist courier, but all return carriage charges will be at your cost. Once we have received the goods in their original condition a refund will be made within 14days of receipt of goods. We will refund you the price paid for the products including any delivery costs incurred. The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of our standard delivery service.
Our returns and cancellation policies do not affect your statutory rights.
